Sianna Sherman is a certified Anusara Yoga
instructor who had the great blessing of meeting her teacher John Friend in August, 1995. She assisted John from 1999-2003, traveling with him nationally and tending to thousands of students in his workshops. In 2001, she had the auspicious meeting with her yoga philosophy mentor Dr. Douglas Brooks and has since dedicated her philosophy studies to the Rajanaka Tantra tradition. Sianna is immensely grateful to both John and Douglas for their generosity of heart and their sublimely sophisticated teachings which she shares in her own voice through workshops, teacher trainings and retreats both nationally and internationally
